To Copy and rename layouts

To copy a layout and place the copy in the desired position:

1. Select the layout that you want to copy.
2. Right-click the layout and click Move or Copy on the shortcut menu.
3. In the Move or Copy dialog box, select the Create a Copy check box.
4. To specify the location for the copy, select the sheet that will be displayed after the copied sheet (reading left to right). Select Move to End to place the new layout last.
5. Click OK.

A copy of the layout is created at the desired position. The new layout will have the same name as the layout that was copied, followed by "(2)", for example, Layout(2).

To rename a layout:

1. Right-click the tab for the layout that you want to rename, and then click Rename on the shortcut menu.
2. In the Rename Layout dialog box, enter the desired layout name and click OK.
